Will my customers / orders / coupons come along?
Yes. The export bundle includes the full database - products, customers, orders, coupons, reviews, store settings - and the uploads folder. Nothing gets left behind.
Do I need to know how to host a WordPress site?
Only on the Developer tier. On Managed and above we set up hosting, DNS, SSL and CDN ourselves on a provider of your choice. You only need to point a domain at us.
Can you connect Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat ads for me?
Yes - included in Managed and above. We hook up Meta Catalog (so your products appear in Instagram + Facebook shops and as WhatsApp catalog items), install the Snapchat ads pixel, set up Google Merchant Center, and verify your domain in each platform.
How does shipping work after migration?
We pre-configure Shiprocket / Delhivery / India Post for pan-India shipping with COD support, automatic AWB generation, and order-status webhooks back to your shop.
Are GST invoices generated automatically?
Yes. Each completed order auto-generates a GST-compliant invoice (HSN codes, CGST/SGST/IGST split, your GSTIN) and emails it to the customer.
How long does a Managed migration take?
Typically 2–4 working days from payment to go-live. Designed migration adds 5–10 days for the custom design pass.
What if something breaks after I take over?
