Managed launch is a one-time setup - we build your shop, hand it over, and you take it from there. Concierge is a ₹500/month plan that bundles managed hosting plus premium features you only get on the monthly plan: an AI chat agent on your shop, AI product-photo magic, and priority support.
Can I upgrade from Free to a paid plan later?

Why is the Free plan limited to 10 products?

Why is AI product-photo magic only on Concierge?
The AI image service has an ongoing cost per image, so we offer it as part of the monthly plan rather than the one-time setup. On Concierge it stays available as you add new stock.
Will I own my shop, or just rent it?
You own it. It's a standard WordPress + WooCommerce site, and you can export the entire thing - products, orders, content, settings - to host elsewhere any time.
How quickly can I be live on Managed launch?
Typically 2 to 4 working days from payment, depending on how soon you share content (logo, products, photos).
Can I cancel Concierge any time?
Yes. No lock-in - cancel and your shop keeps running. You just lose the AI features, managed hosting and priority support.
